I bought a bag of Oroweats Keto Bread the other day to try and also to give you folks a good review. First, I am not in any way a cheerleader for keto, I think that keto is far too strict unnecessarily and that people who do not get it right, can make themselves sick. What I do believe in is being intelligent about my total carbohydrate intake as a whole with my other macronutrient intake. Complex carbohydrates are necessary and they are good for us no matter what the latest keto guru might be spewing to the public.
