Panera Bread Announces New Partnership With Childrens Trust Of South Carolina

Panera Bread opening in Kalispell 6 other Montana locations planned

Covelli Enterprises, the largest franchisee of Panera Bread, announced a newly formed partnership with Childrens Trust of South Carolina. The 26 Panera Bread bakery-cafes owned by Covelli Enterprises in Charleston, Columbia, Myrtle Beach, Florence, Hilton Head, Bluffton, and Aiken will raise funds through the month of July to support the nonprofit whose mission is to strengthen families, organizations and communities to prevent child abuse and neglect.

Funds will support the organizations family-focused programs, including the Strengthening Families Program, the Positive Parenting Program, home visiting and family resource centers.

Childrens Trust is the only statewide organization focused on preventing child abuse and neglect. It leads and supports a network of organizations that share the belief that all children should thrive, live in secure families and be surrounded by supportive communities.

It is our companys highest priority to support children and families in the communities we serve, said Sam Covelli, CEO of Covelli Enterprises. Like Childrens Trust of South Carolina, we believe no child should ever fall victim to abuse or neglect, but should instead be supported as they grow, learn and thrive. We are thankful for the opportunity to support the mission of Childrens Trust of South Carolina, as the resources they provide our communities are imperative to not only treating child abuse but preventing it altogether.

Panera Bread To Present $38000 Check To South Carolina Autism Society

Funds are a result of the companys April record-breaking Pieces of Hope for Autism campaign

COLUMBIA, SC May 31, 2019 Covelli Enterprises, the largest franchisee of Panera Bread, will present a check for $38,000 to South Carolina Autism Society as a result of the companys fundraising efforts during Autism Awareness month in April. The formal check presentation will occur on Tuesday, June 4th at 11:00 a.m. at the Panera Bread in the Vista at 933 Gervais St. in Columbia, SC. Panera food and beverages will be provided for all attendees.

From April 8 through 14, all Covelli-owned and operated Panera cafes in South Carolina donated 100% of the proceeds from its Pieces of Hope for Autism cookie sales. This was the second year that the South Carolina Panera cafes participated in the promotion, which raised $18,000 in 2018. The dramatic increase in funds raised is attributed to both record-breaking cookies sales as well as the new Change Roll-up program that allows Panera customers to roll up their order totals to the nearest dollar in support of local charities. South Carolina Autism Society was the benefitting partner in all South Carolina cafes from February through April.

Reviews For Panera Bread

This place made me laugh because the employees there really just do not care that you exist. I still waited but I found that amusing. It’s really overpriced as is every panera but good selection. Caesar salad good but the chicken had a lot of fat left on it. Also the little red apples they give you are terrible just treat yourself and get the chips.

Service is usually very slow here. Some staff are great and friendly, but there have been several times where I was ignored or just felt like a bother to them. Also, if you order a drink with your meal using the app, you still have to get in line to get the cup – on several occasions the preparation crew simply didn’t have the cups available and just pointed me to the line at the cashier. What’s the point of ordering online if you have to go get in line anyway?

dirty, tables were not cleaned, there was a large amount of liquid on the floor from the soda overflow tray. I only got one ice cube. They didn’t mop or clean floor or clean the overflow tray. there was trash around the trash.
