Tabler V Panera Llc Et Al
In March 2019, a class action lawsuit was filed by Plaintiff Brianna Tabler in California, accusing Panera of false advertising and fraud. While Paneras former CEO Ron Schaich claimed that Paneras menus continue to be completely void of artificial flavors, sweeteners, and ingredients, Tabler argues against the companys intentional redaction of the fact that their products contain traces of the synthetic biocide glyphosate. In October 2019, Judge Lucy Koh granted a motion to dismiss the lawsuit. Tabler filed an amended complaint in November 2019, to which Panera filed in January 2020 another motion to dismiss. Tabler filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss the complaint on July 30, 2020, closing the case.
Panera Customer Goes Viral After Sharing Her Thoughts On New Charged Lemonade
In the video, creator Sarah Baus details one remote work day she had at her local Panera cafe that left her feeling overwhelmed with caffeine. I have learned something that should be illegal, 100% should be illegal and it has to do with this drink give me a second, she said in the video while explaining what led her to film herself, I work at Panera no I dont I work in a Panera.
In the clip, she is seen holding a Mango Yuzu Citrus Charged Lemonade from Panera, which could explain her frenzied state. Baus then added that works inside of a Panera location, using the chains free Wi-Fi rather than opting for a more expensive co-working space. When Im at my local Panera they have free refills, Baus went on, giving viewers a better look at the Charged Lemonade in her hand.
She noted that while she was aware that her drink of choice had caffeine in it, she was astounded to learn just how much was within it. Sitting there, Ill drink four or five of these and I was always like, Man, when I work at Panera, I feel great! I feel awesome! I get so much done!’ she said.

Panera has a pretty good lock on how all of their franchises should look and operate. This one is no different than any other.
Food was poor last 2 times I tried. Second time they gave us the wrong soup and said good enough, goodbye.
This location was very nice. The order was correct and the staff were nice. My to go order was prepared quickly.
The portions seem to get smaller and smaller over time. The have good coffee and non soda soft drinks.
Stopped in here for breakfast while running errands on Saturday morning we were greeted quickly and our order taken nothing like hot bagels and cream cheese, this restaurant was clean and the employees were smiling and pleasant.

I normally frequent the Waldorf location, but they were out of soufflés today. Not only did La Plata have them, but the quality of them was significantly better. They were fluffy and the filling was greater in volume.I dont have any insight on how these are prepared, whether theyre made or assembled in house and how much of the result is it dependant upon their treatment from the staff. . .but I would be delighted if they came out like this every time.
Great staff. Very helpful and friendly. Very clean place! I ordered for 20:10 and as I walked in at 20:10, my order was being placed on the pickup counter. I placed it at 19:30 and still got the freshest prepared food possible. A+, thank you.

In-N-Out Burger is slowly but surely invading Colorado.
The popular California chain just announced its eighth location in the Centennial State: a Denver locale at 4597 North Central Park Boulevard. According to 9News, the new location is under construction and will open by the end of this year.
