In June of 2014, we announced our plans to remove these artificial additives from our food menu by the end of 2016. Today, we can say with 100% certainty , that 100% of our food menu is clean.

We achieved our goal, but of course, this is only the beginning Heres a look at some of the important milestones along our clean journey.

Clean Soups

After two years of hard work , our soups were deemed 100% clean in January 2016. Thats every single spoonful.

Clean Salads

Summer of 2016 brought more than just salad season. It was a time to celebrate fresh ingredients and, for the first time, 100% clean salads. From crisp greens to croutons, tender proteins to flavorful dressings, every choice is free of No Nosthe artificial ingredients on our No No List.

Clean Sandwiches

Fall of 2016 marked some big moments in clean food at Panera. The star of the season? Our deli turkey. Made with just four simple ingredientsturkey breast, water, sea salt and potato starchits now 100% clean, has 50% less sodium than our old deli turkey, and comes from turkeys fed a vegetarian diet and raised without antibiotics.

“This review is not a reflection of employees who work very hard.I have gone to this Panera once or twice a year for the past decade. It always seemed to have some management issues, which have worsened with the labor shortage. I do not understand why the online ordering system cannot tell you the proper time your food will be available based on staffing levels. My past two times, it has been over twenty minutes since the stated time for the food to be ready. That is not acceptable when other online ordering systems have it figured out . In addition food overall at all Paneras has taken a dive while prices increase. I get a new favorite, removed from menu. Rinse and repeat. Most recently the caprese sandwich.I don’t expect to be back on my own volition.”

Food is consistent and good but the customer service is terrible. Today no one would even come to the front to take my order because they were deep in conversation in the back . I used the tablet to place my order and took a buzzer as it instructed. They put the food in the window and didnt set off the buzzer or yell a name or order, just sat it there and went back to their conversation. So disappointed in this location

Every time I go there I see at least 2 workers preparing food orders either not wearing their mask or wearing it without the mask fully covering their face. Reported it each time but it continues to happen. Not acceptable. Next time I will check before I order and if it continues I will not return and will report it to the health officials.

This was an online order. The order was not complete. It was 2 out of 3 childrens orders that were wrong. Try explaining to little children why the Mac n cheese they were waiting for didnt come. The adult orders were correct, but the soup…bowls were barely 1/2 full. The delivery service immediately credited my account. But that doesnt fill a hungry childs belly. So we just went out to pick up a quick bite for lunch as we live very close to this Panera. Simple order: Frontega Chicken Panini, chicken salad on wheat, cup of chicken and wild rice soup, and some bagels. They left out the bagels,…the soup was nearly solid , the frontega chicken didn’t have any onions basil or mayo, and the chicken salad sandwich was the saddest excuse for a sandwich I’ve ever seen. You could see some chicken salad if you lifted off the bread and the tomatoes… but there was a 1″ ring of empty bread all the way around the sad little pile of chicken squished in the center of that bread.More
